About Ben Marzeion

Ben Marzeion grew up in Geldern, Germany. His interest in travel and nature photography started in 1995, when he was participating in a high school exchange to Christchurch, New Zealand. Deeply impressed by the lush and diverse nature, he wanted to be able to share with others how he saw and experienced the places he visited.

Since then, photography has been a welcome addition to his professional career as an oceanographer (see website).

After spending four years in Bergen, Norway, Ben Marzeion currently lives and works in Cambridge, MA, USA.
